I started researching how people receive mental health support in the UK and was shocked at what I discovered. According to Mind, only 1 in 6 people with severe mental health conditions receive treatment.

One of those seven people not receiving treatment was my relative. I want this to change. And this is why I gathered a group of tech experts and qualified therapists early in 2020 to discuss how we might provide an ongoing, always-on platform for people who need help: 24/7, 365 days a year, using the technology already in their pocket.

The Opportunity

As SupportRoom continues to grow, so does our operation globally! We are seeking a passionate, outgoing, and committed UK Growth Manager.
Their responsibility will be to oversee the growth of the organization and help raise the standard of the sales development team, generating new opportunities for SupportRoom.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in the HR and Wellness industries.
  • Own the mapping approach for Target Accounts working with the Commercial Team to develop targeted insights and routes into organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills along with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver results.
  • Produce weekly reporting on new targets, and support the Commercial Team in developing the lead and generating meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for outreach in support of the company’s growth plans.
  • If you have experience with Solution Demonstration-based sales process and Pre-sales collaboration this is a plus.
  • Build and cultivate prospect and target relationships through online meetings with multiple decision-makers of prospects and partners. Based on success stories, reference websites, and a demo of our platform
  • Work with SupportRoom marketing and sales team to launch new partner marketing campaigns.
  • Build ground-breaking relationships with employees, leaders and exec team – network!!!
  • You’re accountable for renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Expand into new markets.

You will have…

  • Experience in Sales – 2 years +
  • Experience working in tech or well-being, SaaS company is preferred
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth tech environment is an advantage
  • Ability to accurately qualify, identify issues and resolve them.
  • Have a positive, self-driven team mentality and a strong desire to learn 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for success
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively 
  • Ability to build extraordinary customer relationships 
  • Ability to uncover new growth opportunities
