I started researching how people receive mental health support in the UK and was shocked at what I discovered. According to Mind, only 1 in 6 people with severe mental health conditions receive treatment.

One of those seven people not receiving treatment was my relative. I want this to change. And this is why I gathered a group of tech experts and qualified therapists early in 2020 to discuss how we might provide an ongoing, always-on platform for people who need help: 24/7, 365 days a year, using the technology already in their pocket.

Mental health services are failing most people who need therapeutic support.

The Opportunity

As SupportRoom continues to grow, so does our operation globally! We are seeking a passionate, outgoing and committed account manager. Their responsibility will be to manage and grow some of our major accounts, such as Boots in the UK.

We are much more than our job descriptions – we are our energy, our ideas, our everyday drive. Here’s where you will begin…


  • Responsible for managing and growing the business within a select group of our key strategic partners. 
  • You will work closely with the partner(s) to define joint plans for growth and performance – and own the execution of these plans.
  • You will face client challenges. Find a solution to ensure we’re delivering our services at the highest standards 
  • Work with SupportRoom marketing and sales team to launch new partner marketing campaigns
  • You will bring a positive passion for helping to deliver accessible and seamless support for employees.
  • On-board new clients – Discovery, education, training sessions for employees and leaders 
  • Ongoing support – reach out to employees and leaders within your account base. And build great relationships.
  • Communicate new updates, webinars and workshops
  • Conduct 30-day reviews with the client 
  • Conduct data reviews 
  • Build groundbreaking relationships with employees, leaders and exec team – network!!!! 
  • You’re accountable for renewals and upsell opportunities 
  • Expand into new markets.


  • 15% growth within each account quarterly

You will have…

  • Experience in account management and growth – 1 year +
  • Experience working in tech or well-being, SaaS company is preferred
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth tech environment is an advantage
  • Ability to accurately qualify, identify issues and resolve them.
  • Have a positive, self-driven team mentality and a strong desire to learn 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for success
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively 
  • Ability to build extraordinary customer relationships 
  • Ability to uncover new growth opportunities
