Q&A for Therapists and Coaches
Tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m a Wellness and Stress Management Coach, blending the principles of Mindfulness, NLP, and yogic philosophy. My approach is rooted in the wisdom of the breath, body awareness, and deep presence. I support people in reconnecting with their inner core, realigning with their authentic path, and fostering genuine connection, not just communication, with those around them. Through this integrative journey, clients learn to listen to the subtle signs of their body, release stress, and live with more clarity, balance, and purpose.
How long did your education and training take — and what did your path to this profession look like?
My journey into wellness began at a very young age, starting with rhythmic gymnastics and continuing as a professional runner. However, everything shifted in 2013 when I was first introduced to Eastern philosophy, alternative therapies, and the path of yoga and mindfulness. What began as a personal exploration slowly evolved into professional training in yoga, mindfulness, NLP and holistic practices.
In truth, the learning never really stops. Ongoing workshops, retreats, and, most importantly, the people I work with continue to teach and shape me every single day.
How would you describe your general approach when working with people?
Togetherness and authenticity define my style.
I see myself as a gentle guide, a medium, holding space for people to feel safe, seen, and free to meet themselves again.
My role is not to fix or direct, but to support the unfolding of each person’s own wisdom, in a space where they can reconnect with their truth at their own pace.
Is there a moment with a client (anonymous, of course) that stayed with you?
Yes, a moment that has stayed with me was when a client quietly said:
‘Thank you… you helped me stop blaming others for everything that felt heavy in my life. You reminded me that I hold the power to choose, to heal, and to move forward.’
That moment stayed with me because it wasn’t just about change, it was about someone beginning to come home to themselves. It reminded me how healing can begin the moment we feel truly seen and supported.
What do you do when you're stressed?
When I feel stressed, I return to my breath, taking slow, diaphragmatic breaths helps me ground and reset.
I also make a cup of aromatic tea, allowing myself to savor the warmth and calming scents.
And if I can, I go for a run in nature. Moving my body outdoors clears my mind, reconnects me with the present moment, and always brings me back to myself.
What's one small habit that makes a big difference in your everyday life?
Swimming, especially winter swimming, is a small habit that has a profound impact on my day-to-day life. The cold water is invigorating and helps me reset both physically and mentally. It’s a practice of resilience, presence, and truly feeling alive, and it leaves me with a sense of calm and clarity that lasts long after I’ve finished.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give for a lighter, happier life?
Live as you breathe, naturally, freely, and without overthinking. Allow yourself the freedom to let go of rigid plans and expectations, and embrace life as it unfolds.
The more you trust in the present moment, the lighter and more joyful life becomes.
What does being part of SupportRoom mean to you?

It gives me the opportunity to become part of a community dedicated to promoting wellness , especially in the workplace, in a way that is flexible, accessible, and deeply impactful.
And now, just for fun:
– Do people assume you can read their minds? All the time! In truth… I just really listen.
– Do friends ask for advice even when you’re off the clock? Constantly. I take it as a sign they feel safe…
– Have you ever argued with your partner… and later realised they were kind of right? 😄 Yes. And no, I haven’t fully admitted it either… I’m working on it! haha
