The consultant of Culture and Engagement will be passionate about impacting the overall employee experience that spans the employee lifecycle.
Together with the (core) Organizational Capabilities team, this role will provide implementation and the day-to-day oversight of engagement, recognition, wellness and culture initiatives.
This person will have strong interpersonal skills, a strong HR background, recent experience in the field of culture change, employee change, and enhancement of employee experience. They should be able to engage with people of all levels and all areas of the business.Should be able to motivate large groups of people and be a strong leader who drives operational and strategic agenda of the Group.

- Advocate for the development of financial, mental, physical, and social wellbeing
- Rollout Group Wellbeing calendar and initiatives
- Champion the LetsLink program
- Champion diversity and inclusivity within the organizations to assist departments embodying behaviors that align to Emirates NBD core values
- End-to-end ownership of engagement and recognition programs and initiatives
- Track, measure and own Engagement survey
- Ensure all employee touchpoints reflect the organizations’ values in line with best possible employee experience
- Identify people experience challenges and pain points through focus groups and drive action plan implementation
The job incumbent will be responsible for ;
- Drive the internal communications plan
- Write and review all wellbeing communications and get necessary approvals
- Create strong partnership with medical insurance provider
- Rollout yearly wellbeing calendar
- Own and deliver social initiatives connected to LetsLink
- Review employee experiences and ensure company values are strongly embedded in every part of the journey
- Design employee awards aligned with the values of the organization
- Work closely with all entities across ENBD to ensure group-wide alignment
- Implement and drive employee lifecycle events through recognition by creating overall strategy and aligning to current milestone awards, value awards, and employee to employee recognition scheme.
