We’ll use your answers to pair you up with the most appropriate therapist to support your needs. Once we’ve paired you up, your therapist will ask you some questions designed to make you think about how, why, and when you’re struggling.

After one week, you can subscribe to one of our affordable subscriptions to receive unlimited messaging support. You can also choose to select a package that includes video support.
